Changes: Santa's Village

The Santa's Village was added in the update 1.04 as well as the Christmas Event 2018.

Overview

With the celebration of Christmas Event 2018, the Santa's Village is the map for the exclusive gamemode Christmas Campaign and the place for a boss fight. All the water in this map is frozen.

Background

Tips

You can climb trees, which makes all the AI zombies that are attacking you stuck in place, use this to your advantage.
- You can use a long ranged weapon like the M1 Garand and the AWP to kill stuck zombies from their spawns.
- The Bloodsuckers will be always attacking the players unless stuck in place.
- Keep in mind that the zombies attacking the statue will still be able to move.
  - The Riot Zombies will be always attacking the statue, so keep an eye on them.
You can get to the house roofs by jumping on top of the torches, or from the trees.
- You can move from house to house by using the Christmas light connected to all of them.
  - It is risky to do so, but it's the only way to reach most of the roofs.

Trivia

This map and Dead Lands Remastered were the first maps to introduce the snowy theme to the game.
- It's unknown which map came first as both maps came in the same update.

The first exclusive map in the game.
- The first map to contains 2 exclusive gamemodes: Christmas Campaign and Boss Fight (Angry Red Gift).
There is a cave behind the mountain nearby one of the zombie spawns, but it can't be accessed due to an invisible barrier.
There is a small hole in the frozen lake where there is water, but players can't fall into it due to an invisible barrier.
- The hole is located near a flooded zombie spawn, making it harder to reach and see.
The glass in all houses are breakable, and doors also can be opened.
The torches do not damage the players.
